Regular Schedule Days
The schedule for 2012 is:

All regular schedule exams are:
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM unless posted otherwise.
Testing sites will be posted and may be held at different locations.
Make reservations 7 days preceding the exam date.
NO WALK-INS
Re-testing and advancement / progressive testing
will be determined by the time remaining.
Session Guidelines
Testing begins promptly at 6:30 PM.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
To reserve a spot contact:

call 419-618-1780, or via the 146.685 MHz repeater
(temporary until the 145.450 MHz repeater is back up).
Reservations are to be made no later than the Monday before the test date. No walk-ins.
Be sure to bring the following with you for testing:
• Legal photo ID (drivers license, state ID, or passport) or 2 forms of ID
- 2 forms of ID include Social Security card, birth certificate,
- minor's work permit, school report card, school ID, card, or library card,
- utility bill, bank statement, or other business correspondence that specifically names the person
• $15.00 fee; cash in the correct amount; we do not make change
• A copy of your amateur license (if upgrading)
• Any "Certificate of Successful Completion of Examination" issued within the
last 365 days, especially if planning to upgrade
• Calculator (optional). Memory must be cleared
Paper and pencils will be supplied.
Examinees may bring their own also.
Re-tests will be allowed for an additional $15.00 exam fee.
No additional fee is required if you wish to test on a different exam element
(for example, if you pass the Technician test there is no additional fee to take the
General and/or Amateur Extra tests).
