Next Seneca Radio Club Meeting
February 13, 2012
The next Seneca Radio Club regular monthly meeting is Monday, February 13 at 7:00 PM and the Seneca County Museum.
It is past time to pay your club dues.
Contact the new Secretary/Treasurer Mike Hall KD8GBZ or bring your dues to the meeting. Dues may be paid anytime before the February meeting without losing voting privileges and having to re-apply for membership.
Skywarn Training - 2012
March 1
The annual Skywarn Training for Seneca County will be March 1 at 6:30 PM at Sentinel Vocational Center -- 793 East Township Road 201, Tiffin, OH 44883. Class lasts approximately 2 hours. Come a half-hour early to update your Skywarn membership information.
You are asked to renew your credentials at least once every three 2-3 years. Yearly attendance gives you the opportunity to learn new developments regarding severe weather in Ohio and any new reporting criteria.

February 15, March 21, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 23, August 22, September 19, October 17 and November 14.
Other special dates and times may be available. We will try to accommodate for any special arrangements.

License Training Schedules
There are several classes being organized for Technician and General. Send email to ve-team@w8id.net. Include your name, email, phone number, best time to reach you and the class that interests you.
The General class will be using the new question pool which began July 1, 2011.

Volunteer Examiner or Class Instructor?
The Seneca Radio Club is looking for Volunteer Examiners (VEs) to administer license exams and Instructors to teach or assist with Amateur Radio-related classes.
